What are Ferili's offers ?
Ferili’s services give people with investment needs for personal or professional projects or activities the opportunity to benefit from rapid liquidity thanks to their assets, with the guarantee of retaining ownership until the end of the contract. Once the contract has expired and repayment has been made, the customer recovers his or her asset(s).

To benefit from the offers proposed by Ferili, you must :

> Present yourself at the agency with the property
> Accept the terms and conditions of the contract
> Collect the funds from the cashier as soon as the contract is signed.

Will I get my property back?
Ferili’s business is based on “Repurchase agreement sale”, i.e. sale with an option to buy back the property. Customers retain ownership of their property, which they temporarily entrust to Ferili. The property is returned to Ferili upon full repayment at the end of the contract. Only non-repayment can result in loss of ownership.
What happens in the event of late redemption?
Penalties are charged to the customer for any delay in the redemption of his jewelry. These penalties are 0.5% of the value of the item per day.
